About Us
West Mont, a not for profit human service agency, began providing community based services in 1973 and has grown into a comprehensive organization focused entirely on providing a broad range of services for people with disabilities. West Mont has had a big impact on the Helena community both through broadening understanding about the abilities of individuals and growing with the needs of the community.
Throughout the years, West Mont has maintained its strong commitment to developing and providing service options to enable those with disabilities to reach their maximum potential.

West Mont’s services are well rounded to serve a wide variety of individuals. Most of the clientele served by West Mont either have a developmental delay, have sustained a brain injury, or have experienced an injury forcing them to seek employment in a new field.
West Mont employs over 150 staff and provides services to over 100 individuals with disabilities on a daily basis. West Mont has an annual payroll of over 3.5 million dollars. An additional one million dollars is spent in the Helena area purchasing products and services.
West Mont operates 10 residential and 2 pre-vocational facilities in the Helena area.
